After retiring from the police in 2021, Steven created 'Murder Academy', the world's first school dedicated to educating true crime fans on how murders are solved.
Adam is the host of the UK True Crime Podcast, a non-award nominated and independent podcast that is the home of UK true crime.

Emma grew up in Newcastle upon Tyne and has been writing fiction since she knew what stories were. She graduated from the University of St. Andrews with an MA in English Language and Literature, later completing a novel-writing course at the Faber Academy.
Since childhood, she has been drawn to true crime stories, developing an encyclopaedic knowledge of real-life murder cases. She is equally fascinated by notorious historical figures and by unorthodox women – past, present and fictional.
Domestic Abuse Consultant
Specialising in post-separation abuse, Lucy works with various organisations to develop their knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse, the language and approach we should all be taking when talking about abuse, and how it impacts all of us directly or indirectly.
Lucy is the creator of ydom.co.uk (You Don’t Own Me), a website focusing on the difficult subject of domestic abuse. The website, along with Lucy's podcast 'DIP In and Out with Lucy', aims to help break down the stigmas so that we can all learn more about the complexities of domestic abuse.
DIP is an acronym for "Discussion, Inclusion, Progression".
Author
As a student of criminology and psychology, Chris writes about true crime and non-fiction. He also writes regularly for the UK True Crime Podcast and enjoys delving into and researching all areas of morbidity.
His interest in the genre was forged through avidly watching Crimewatch UK and masses of true crime documentaries when he was, by his own admission, too young to have been watching them.
