I tell the story of Tony Jasinskyj and Marion Crofts in this episode.
Tony sexually assaulted and murdered 14-year-old Marion Crofts on June 6, 1981.
Marion was cycling to band practice before being attacked by Tony, a Lance Corporal in the British Army stationed at Browning Barracks in Aldershot at the time of the murder.
The case is notable for the 21-year delay in justice before Tony was found guilty as a result of advances in DNA testing.
He was sentenced to life imprisonment in May 2002.
