Stuart's podcast is so easy to listen to, he goes into great detail while not being too wordy. The length of each episode isn't too long either, and it keeps me occupied while I study. Could you please cover the murder of Sherry Bruce from Aberdeen?
Wow! What an amazing and informative podcast, that delves into diverse and complex murders in a colourful yet unbiased manner. You can listen to the show whilst cooking, cleaning or even before bed as Stuart's voice is so soothing you'll not have any nightmares!! It's currently keeping me very sane as I write my dissertation and I've recommended it to all my peers.
May I suggest the cases of Tia Sharp and Shakilus Townsend (a honeytrap murder)? Both stories rocked my local communities for different reasons and I would love for their stories to be shared.
Keep up all the good work and when I can afford more than beans on toast, I'll be sure to buy you a coffee:))
I wish I had found you in September when I went off work due to illness! I’m finally going back in a month. Hopefully that’s enough time to binge listen! I’m randomly going through them. I love the two parters , I’m on Levi and you said you have don’t Tobin that’s the next one. Keep up the good work!
After a year of listening to this podcast I can honestly say I’ve loved every episode.
Each episode is researched well & detailed.
Love the little icebreakers too!!
Thanks for being so consistent Stuart.
Hello Stu.

I absolutely adore your podcasts! The only podcast I can listen too from start to finish and actually retain the information! Your voice is so lovely to listen! Keep up the good work stu!
So happy I came across this podcast. It’s so informative, straight to the point and love Stuart’s personality, he seems like a really down to earth bloke. Enjoy the ice breakers and facts about the town relating to the crimes. Daughters little accent is cute too.
Case suggestion, Hilda Marchbank. Keep them coming Stuart. My favourite podcaster. Love from Western Australia
I have just finished listening to all of the episodes and what an absolutely great podcast this is. And they aren’t too long which is great so that you can listen to them in one sitting. Keep up the good work.
I have to say I love my true crime podcasts. This one is right up there with Sword and Scale but, less brutal and shocking.
Stuart tells the story really well and gets you hooked on the story from the start of the podcast.
Hello from Canada! Really enjoy your show, informative, concise, and dare I say entertaining. I especially enjoy the bonus interview episodes. Your guests are interesting and you do an excellent job. Thank you for a great show.
Im still playing catch up with all the episodes - but this is the best True Crime Podcast I’ve found. Clear and to the point, full of info. Thanks Stuart for these- keep them coming!!
Ps - just seen your video of the kraken light. Pissing myself laughing 🤣🤣 more DIY please!!
Not sure how anyone can rate British Murders podcast anything less than 5 star. Has to be the best podcast I’ve ever listened too. Absolutely love it, and I look forward to new episodes every week. Keep up the good work Stuart , we love you !!
Came across this podcast about two months ago and I love it. Already nearly caught up, so can't believe I will have to wait a week for a new episode. So many interesting cases, some I have heard of and some I have not. Stuart has a lovely voice, very calming. I think how the show is set out is brilliant, so keep it up Stuart.
I found this to listen to on my way to work, I have an hour commute and find it relaxing as I drive the M1. Stuarts voice is calming and gentle even though he is talking a out some violent crimes.
Would love to see an episode on Colin pitchfork, my dad was a policeman on that case and it's very close to where I live now.
Hi Stuart,
Love the podcasts! I can't believe you've gotten to season 8 still with loads of stories!
Please could you do the story about Lesley Whittle? I think it's a despicable story but one that your listeners would appreciate :)
Stumbled across this and so glad I did. I’ve always liked the True Crime genre and so this is just me. I am currently marathon training and have found Stuart’s voice perfect to listen too on my long runs! Thank you!
I used to think Bobbie would interrupt you during your podcast, but I listened to the recent Bobbie Holmes and you episode and I loved it. I showed my friend and she said I sounded a lot like Bobbie. Shout out to my friend Christy

Best podcast been hooked since I found it. I found the pod when it was on series 5 so I had to start back at series 1 episode 1. Love the format the short informative episodes and no nonsense you find in other pods. Also it’s all about BRITISH MURDERS which have been solved which excites me as I’m not left hanging on wondering if they got caught or not.
Recently found this podcast and have binged until there’s no more! Not sure what I’m going to listen to now! I love the length of episodes as it keeps my short attention span engaged. Loads of cases I’d never heard of - which is refreshing given how much true crime I listen to. Developed a small podcast crush on Stuart whilst binging British Murders, such an easy voice to listen to and great sense of humour.
Absolutely exceptional story-telling and delivery of some of the most taboo subjects and source material, delivered with compassion and empathy. I am a very new listener having only gotten involved with the most recent special but i am HOOKED, i couldn't wait for the conclusion of the West's horror story even though i thought i already knew the truly heinous nature of their crimes the research that must go into the episode must drive Stu borderline insane if nothing else. i can only applaud the work and effort that goes into the production of the episodes on what is a truly great podcast. keep up the fantastic work and i shall be listening weekly for sure.
Hi Stuart,
I love this podcast, easy to listen to your wonderful accent, and would recommend this to everyone. You describe everything with empathy, and I love that about your podcasts.
Shout out to my best friend who recommended this to me, Lilly H
Discovered British Murders at the start of the year and can’t stop listening! Love the length of the episodes and how Stuart manages to get all the info in. Also love the accent as I’m also from Yorkshire! Never stop podcasting!
