Hi Stu! I’m a truck driver, and I was recommended a British murder podcast by a friend of mine. I couldn’t remember what it was called, so I did a search for British Murders (obviously), and was HOOKED from the first episode!
I’ve caught up now to Season 3 Episode 9, and I won’t lie to you, I was absolutely devastated to know that I have to wait for episodes now!
That said, I do have some interviews to catch up on, so it’s not all doom and gloom just yet.
I love the episode length, it’s perfect, and the detail you go into, without being boring, is brilliant. You come across as kind and compassionate to the victims, and the little adlibs you come up with to describe the villains are accurate and funny, though I’d usually use much more colourful language!
I tried episode one of REDRUM, and I’m not sure it’s for me. Very different style to your good self, but I’m going to persevere for a few episodes and see how I go.
Thanks for the podcast, I can’t wait for new episodes!
I originally hail from a town called Sudbury, in Suffolk (not far from Bury St Edmunds/Ipswich/Colchester/Haverhill), and wonder if there’s any chance of you finding a murder in Sudbury, pretty please?
Keep on keeping on, you’re doing a GRAND job.
