expat living in new zealand found by accident and have just caught up after binge listening perfect podcast in quantity quality and length keep it up stu as i grew up in Nuneaton Warwickshire until 2002 could you please cover the murder of Naomi Smith by a villain (could think of other words)called Edwin Hopkins she was 15 he was 19 plenty of interesting facts on google cheers

Addictive podcast

Came across this podcast looking for something “True Crime”. I didn’t think that these shorter than expected episodes would work but they are just perfect 👌🏽 It’s taken me 2 months but I’ve finally reached series 12. I thoroughly recommend you putting this podcast on your favourites list. Great work Fella 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

a*** Review - the best true crime podcast out there

Please read mine out - think it got missed last time. I found your podcast after catching up with my usual crime podcasts and can't stop listening. I love the fact you go into detail but not too much or too little and your thorough with your research. The interviews give a little break from the norm which I love and have learnt so much from them, I've even bought some of the books. Your accent is so sexy and I always laugh when you try other accents. Keep up the good work Stu. Cheerio lol xxxx

Great podcast

I’m a Londoner living in New Zealand. It’s great to listen to Stuart’s accent along with his sense of humour that goes over Kiwis heads! Great show, enjoy the length of them and the scene settings. Side note, I often listen to the podcast with a cup of Yorkshire tea- best tea in the world that I get my mum to ship over for me. True Crime and a cup of rosey-Lee - can’t beat it!

Great podcast!

Found this podcast a couple of weeks ago and can't stop listening. Loved the guest interview with Her Honour Wendy Joseph QC, so interesting, and her book is now in my TBR pile along with Shay Doyle and Steven Keogh's! The amount of research is evident, stays respectful to all involved, and I especially like the tangents you go off on. Very easy to listen to, great work, thank you :)

Hellooo! I found your podcast by chance but I have listen to all of your episodes now and wait not so patiently for each weeks new episode! Love love love!! I know you tend to do lesser known cases however as someone who works in health care I was wondering if you would consider the newish case of Lucy Letby? I am also from Hereford and find this a heartbreaking but interesting case… everyone seems very torn about it! Thank you :)

As a fan of true crime podcasts, Stuart Blues' "British murders" has been become one of my top 3 favourites! I love the format, pace and level of detail. I even enjoy the interviews which are not normally my thing. Please look into the tragic case of Breck Bednar.

Informative great podcast!

Fantastic podcast which covers interesting cases, some of which are not well known to the wider public. Stu retells these crimes, focusing on the victims, and the main informative points of each case. I love the 5 facts about the locations and also the intro sections with your daughter's voice, she's cute! I enjoyed your coverage of Robert Black as I grew up in Uttoxeter (U-tox-e-ter) and, even though Susan Maxwell was found 10 years before I was born, I was very aware of this case while growing up. This is one of the main podcasts that I use to find cases for my criminology course that I'm currently doing. Can I suggest the case of Donald Neilson (The Black Panther), I've just researched this case for my studies and would love to hear your take on it? Thank you Stu for your hard work! Keep it up!

I admire the fact that the name your episodes after the victim not the perpetrator. If only we as a society followed that and honored only the victim and gave no nicknames and media focus to the rat bastard killers. Love your podcast i listen with obsession! Great work, keep on!

Nailed it!

You, young man, have got it, bottled it, sold it and hit the jackpot!! I've been a follower of 'true crime' long before podcast ever existed and this is the best way of discovering the ....who did what and why! I admit, as someone who, as I said loves true crime, I heard a lot of stuff I already know but you've got a knack of picking up the bits others miss in your no nonsense and unapologetic way. Keep going lad 👍

Perfect podcast

I adore this podcast and wish there was a new episode daily to get me through my commute. I'm quite picky about podcasts and don't like a bunch of nonsensical banter OR a dry monotone host, but this one is just right. I love that he starts each episode with a bit of background on the place it took place. Really sets the scene. He's got a charming accent and a charming little girl who reads the title of each segment. Bless! I've also heard a few facts in this podcast that I hadn't heard in other pods covering the same case. Keep it up mate x

Great podcast!

For the past 6 or so years, I’ve been listening to true crime podcasts from around the world and I’m not sure how I missed this one. Luckily, I came across it a couple of months ago and soon found myself bingeing the old episodes and seasons. The research is thorough, delivery is succinct, smooth and informative and Stu shows true compassion for the victims in a kind and respectful manner. I do love the (pause) “Cheerio” at the end of each episode more than I should admit and can’t wait for new episodes to drop. Informative and to the point

Fantastic podcast which covers a lot of different crimes that are unknown to the wider public. Stu retells the crimes focusing mainly on the victims and main informative points! This is one of my main podcasts that I use to find cases to use in my criminology studies. Thank you stu for your hard work! Keep it up!

(there are a couple, BUT none of them were "attractive" SORRY to whomever they are!). SOOOO....finally i found a podcast with a LOVELY voice AND a LOVELY face to picture while i listen! Best podcast I’ve listened to!

I am a true crime fanatic but have yet to find a podcast I truly adore as I prefer British murders. I stumbled upon your podcast a few weeks ago and have listened to almost every episode since. This is not just, however, because you tell the stories of British murder victims - it is because you tell the stories with compassion, emotion and with a focus on the victims. I cannot wait for the next season - British murders gets me through long drives, planning on an evening (I’m a primary school teacher!) and, of course, house work! Could you please cover the case of Steven Donaldson, murdered in Kirriemuir, Scotland?
